We are entering a new phase of international growth and are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to strengthen and scale our global operations.
This is a key leadership role focused on turning a successful, internationally active software business into a fully scalable operational organization.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into execution across all functions.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments
- Ensure smooth functioning of workflows and business processes
- Translate company vision and strategic goals into actionable business plans and operational roadmaps
- Establish and refine management routines and operational frameworks
Team Management
- Lead and support regional managers and distributed international teams
- Coordinate across product, marketing, acquisition, customer service, and technology functions
- Foster collaboration and alignment across geographically dispersed teams
Process Excellence
- Continuously refine workflows, systems, and platforms to enhance user experience and reduce operational friction
- Drive process optimization across all operational areas
Strategic Execution
- Develop long-term operational plans aligned with business objectives
- Make informed decisions with focus on sustainable growth
- Ensure quality assurance and operational excellence across all touchpoints
Direct Reporting
- Report directly to the CEO on operational performance and strategic initiatives
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in operational leadership roles within software, SaaS, or digital product companies
- A strong track record in scaling or structuring international operations
- The ability to connect strategy with execution in fast-moving environments
- Experience working with distributed or cross-border teams
- A pragmatic, structured, and hands-on leadership style
- Fluent German and strong English skills

We are a constantly-growing, owner-run software company, that was founded by Rainer Nissler in Sindelfingen, near Stuttgart, Germany, in 1995. Currently, we have a equity ratio of 100%. There are 12 employees at the headquarters in Sindelfingen, a 35-strong development team in Lviv, Ukraine and 15 sales agents worldwide.
