With digital showrooms a new process of planning, presenting and selling is dawning on SARA’s sales professionals. At the time being the entire SARA team is in learning how to use the new tools and programmes to be able to plan quickly, present emotionally and sell easily at a high price

 

To offer contractors and clients an all-around consultation Hazem Midani, Deputy Senior Vice President Retail and Projects, has inspired to start with a planning tool on the website. So everybody would be able to set up his own ideas into a plan and to try playfully from anywhere the possibilities with tiles and sanitary articles. The ViSoft web planner fitted exactly into the needs of the Middle East’s distributor and was adapted to its corporate identity.

First ideas

After having sketched some first ideas clients are invited to the showrooms where trained sales staff take over the professional planning. For moving around the showrooms and showing samples to the customers while planning a new bathroom or kitchen area sales people are equipped with a tablet. ViSoft ViPlan –in SARA’s CI again– helps planning rooms, exchanging tiles and articles, giving a first impression of the new bathroom. All this can be done on the move.

Clients could also use for further inspiration ViSoft ViPlan in the showrooms when installed on terminals. Another easy way to start a new project – by touch!

Emotional pictures

The new bathroom once planned and designed SARA’s sales team uses ViSoft Premium and ViSoft Photo Tuning to create a photorealistic or 3D-visualization of the project. “When our customer presents the new bathrooms to their clients on big screens, it is an emotional picture they get. This is when they actually make their final decision of purchase and our customer can sell high quality at a high price”, explains Daniel Treimer, ViSoft sales representative for the Middle East.

For reassuring clients in their decision and making them even feel their new bathroom (or maybe just topping the screen presentation) SARA’s Deputy Senior Vice President Retail and Projects has decided to take advantage of ViSoft Virtual Reality. Six showrooms spread across the United Arabian Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi-Arabia and the Lebanon offer the virtual experience of future rooms to Sara’s clients.
